After successfully receiving my first official “I.T. certification”, I thought I would go ahead and share my thoughts on obtaining an I.T. (security) certification vs a college degree. I am both a college student and an individual who is partaking in the certification process, after having gone through both (somewhat through a college program: halfway), I think there is some differences between the two qualifications.
